Vaani Gunaseelan
Vaani Gunaseelan holds a Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical) and is trained in the Triple P Positive Parenting Program. She is a registered psychologist with AHPRA – Psychology Board of Australia and the Singapore Register of Psychologists, and a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society. Vaani has experience working with children and youth within community and private mental health settings in Australia and Singapore, where she provided psychological assessment and psychotherapy to children and young people who experienced moderate to severe emotional and behavioural disorders, including depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviour, trauma and abuse, and problems in family relationships. She is qualified to conduct cognitive and psychological assessments to determine the presence of developmental disorders and learning difficulties, and provides personalized strategies to assist with any identified difficulties. Vaani works closely with parents, teachers and other health professionals to provide individualized assistance to promote each child’s personal growth.
