Pediatric Therapy Associates, established in 1981, is a locally owned and family friendly private practice located in Birmingham, Alabama. We provide outpatient pediatric physical and occupational therapy to children and teenagers with special needs, sports related injuries, medical/pain issues and educational challenges across a variety of settings. Our focus includes school-based therapy, early intervention, private outpatient therapy, and community service. Our therapy staff is highly qualified with specialty skills to meet the needs of the children we serve who range in age from birth to 21 years. We consult with many vendors regarding needs for adaptive equipment, consultation regarding orthotics, as well as providing orthotic fabrication. We build long-lasting relationships with many of our clients and families and continue to serve many of our clients as adults by providing specialized consultation and therapy services to ensure an active and full life.
