Inside Out Nutrition
Inside Out Nutrition was founded by CORU Registered Dietitian Gillian McConnell 12 years ago. Gillian has over 20 years of Dietetic experience working in a large Dublin teaching hospital and private clinics. She has gone on to expand her team of Dietitians working within Inside Out Nutrition in clinic in Sandyford, Co. Dublin and also virtual consultations in the comfort of your own home. Both Gillian and Ava have vast experience working with families who have children with special needs requiring specialist nutrition support. We work with children with severe fussy eating, restrictive eating and ARFID. We assess and evaluate dietary intake to identify potential deficiencies and create an individualised plan taking into account sensory issues. We collaborate with other health professionals where needed and monitor progress on a regular basis. The main thing is we reassure, offer and guide families through new food exposure and help reduce mealtime anxiety.
