INSHAPE Physical Therapy and Wellness Center
INSHAPE Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, LLC was founded in 2008 by physical therapist, Shelley Burgess. Shelley states, "I felt led to establish a faith-based, one-on-one physical therapy and wellness center to provide uplifting services to those in need." At the initial evaluation, clients are offered a Holy Bible and encouraged to utilize a unique, 'Nail It To The Cross' theory, in which each client is invited to write down specific problem areas/concerns and tack them to a cork cross, releasing any negativity in order to focus on the positive.
