The hands that serve are Holier than the Lips that Pray” & with this belief Happy Bliss Foundation,a Non-Govt Organization is continuously striving for bringing Smiles to the unprivileged, underprivileged as well as physically and mentally disadvantaged. Presently, our Key focus is supplementing healthcare to destitute and downtrodden for critical diseases, Education and providing support service to the children with special needs. Our motto is to ‘Minimize not to Maximize’ the ill effects of these diseases and illiteracy. We act local but think global in mitigating the ills. We are working in close cooperation with local govts, health officials and other public & private partners in identifying needs, finding out solutions and implementing those solutions. Our approach is last-mile wherein the living condition of target group is ameliorated. With the advice and guidance of Child Welfare Committee, we have started rendering ‘ Psychological counseling’ services after identifying a few issues relating to the children of childcare institutes managed by the child welfare committee. The institutes are doing a commendable job in catering to their primary needs. However, a sizable number of these children are victim of abuse (both physical and emotional) and victims of Child trafficking or simply abandoned. They are in a traumatized state of mind, being unable to cope up with the new environment. So these inmates are in need of ‘Psychological Counseling’ which facility was sorely lacking in these institutions. We hope to make these inmates integrate with the society in a seamless manner through our Counselling service.
