Dr. Shruti Bhargava has expertise in the area of Early Childhood Education and Children with Special Needs who require assessment and need based programs for developmental, mental, emotional and physical problems. She has been actively working towards their inclusion in regular Early Childhood Care and Education programs. She is also certified to assess children with special needs. She has been actively engaged in this work for the past 25 years.
