Apex Physical Therapy was founded in October 2004 by owners Ed and Amy Lihvarchik. At Apex Physical Therapy our mission is to provide comprehensive, individualized skilled outpatient physical therapy services to enhance the quality of life and functional independence for each patient. We are committed to working with the patient, physician, and other members of the health care team to develop a specific treatment plan to assist patients in achieving their goals.
