Reach Beyond
ReachBeyond is founded by mothers with children with disabilities. Each one has faced various challenges in finding appropriate and effective therapies and treatment programmes for their child with disabilities. Finding a school that was truly inclusive and conducive to learning and development has been a great struggle. Each has felt fear, despair, anger and hit rock bottom at some point in their life. Family and family dynamics were affected and, in some cases, marriages were on the line.Somehow, each one of them has found the strength and courage to stand by their child, no matter what. With the support of friends and families, they have paved ways at schools and in the community, though the differences maybe small at this point. They have sought and found treatment, therapies and resources overseas and have actively worked with their children.
