Leann Drumm
Leann is an Occupational Therapist, working in Horizons Therapy Services. She has completed a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Theology from DCU, Dublin and subsequently completed an MSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of Essex. During her studies Leann volunteered with homeless individuals, Foróige youth organisation and visited local schools/playgroups to assist in projects such as art and teaching football skills. <br /> Leann currently treats children and adolescents of all ages with a variety of abilities and diagnoses including; autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, developmental delay and dyspraxia/developmental coordination disorder. Leann has a strong interest in occupation and wellbeing and is keen to implement this into her practice at Horizons Therapy. Leann has a fun loving attitude and a natural ability to create a therapeutic relationship with children and families. Leann is passionate about sensory processing and childhood trauma, in particular bereavement, and is keen to enhance her knowledge and skills in both areas to promote the health and wellbeing of individuals during practice.
