Laina Karosic
Laina Karosic graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Rehabilitation and Human Services. She then completed her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Ithaca College. She has worked with children in clinics, homes, preschools and public schools. Laina has experience teaching childrens yoga classes in an occupational therapy setting and looks forward to gaining certifications in this specialty. She volunteers at Adaptive Design Association, where she contributes her occupational therapy knowledge to a blog and consults in designing equipment for children with special needs. In her free time, she enjoys bike rides, writing, running along the East River, and discovering new restaurants in the city.
