Help You Cope

Help you cope is an autism mums support hub that provides emotional support based in south west Sydney. We provide Mums a safe space to connect with like minded Mums through sip & chat (Mums group) which is also child friendly held locally monthly. This gives Mums a chance to have a casual coffee with other mums who get it and can support each other and provide, knowledge, support & a shoulder when needed.Founder Joline is finishing her counselling studies and is always happy to help mothers who need emotional support or assistance with any knowledge or local resources for autism families.
