Dr Whitely is certified in some of the latest therapeutic interventions, including neurofeedback, brain mapping, equine assisted therapy, and we utilize play therapy and Love and Logic techniques with parents and children. As a certified neurofeedback specialist we can begin to normalize brain patterns, resolving difficulties in daily life functioning such as problems with attention, anxiety, mood, learning, or behavior. As a Cognitive Behavioral therapist, my goal is to help you uncover, identify and counter unhelpful thinking, helping you reach your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. As an equine therapist, we examine emotions and help you experience a sense of empowerment and assertiveness when interacting with horses.
