Dr. Braja Vihari Mohanty Memorial Mentally Retarded Benefit Trust (BVMMMRBT)’s Jagruti
Dr. Braja Vihari Mohanty Memorial Mentally Retarded Benefit Trust (BVMMMRBT), Bhubaneswar started Jagruti, a training centre for mentally challenged children. Special children at the centre are trained to become self sufficient and enable them to face the day to day challenges in the society. The centre also provides support to mentally challenged children and their parents belonging to lower economic strata to live a dignified and independent life in society.A Day Care Center has also been started as part of Jagruti to provide vocational training to children with Intellectual Disability, Autism, etc and make them economically independent.
