DNA AUTISM CENTER
DNA caters to early intervention for autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorder, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, developmental disorders, mental retardation, conduct disorder, hyperactivity, Cornelia de Lange syndrome, Downâs syndrome, learning assistance for learning disabled children or whatever your child may be facing. We also take care of children who use assisted hearing aids and provide interventions for their learning. Not restricted to these alone, DNA also provides life skills training for teenagers, counselling for young adults, pre-marital training, post marital training (home science) and family counselling. Here at DNA, we have a very homely atmosphere and each child is treated differently with IEP (Individual Education Programme) with involvement from parents. In our experience, our relationship with you or your child does not end once you leave DNA. The relationship continues. We are always here to help with your concerns, answer your queries, and allay your fears. We are available on phone and on e-mail. DNA works closely with parents, extended family, teachers and school peers to offer a wide variety of interventions to children and youth living with Autism. We follow the list of interventions based on international standards âBehaviour Intervention for Young Children with Autismâ- The interventions include behaviour analysis, social integration, speech therapy and home to school transition program. Our group of experts use yoga, physiotherapy, music, art as sensory mediums through which the child learns to interact with the world around him or her. DNA therapies encourage brain development, social development, better relationships between parent and child, using group therapy and play therapy.
