ARVIND FOUNDATION is a journey that began in 2004 with the intention to help and support children with special needs (Cerebral palsy, Autism, ADHD, ADD, Down’s syndrome, Muscular dystrophy. Mental Retardation, Epilepsy, Hydrocephalus, Microcephalus, Spine bifida, Chromosomal disorder, Neurological disorder, Dyslexia) from underprivileged backgrounds. We are a registered Non-Profit Organization with a very holistic approach towards helping special-needs children from underprivileged backgrounds by focussing on prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation and inclusion of these children. We also assist their mothers with finding a livelihood. Caring for a special-needs person demands a lot of patience and effort. Healthcare costs are also very high. All this takes an emotional toll on parents who find it hard to make both ends meet. Arvind Foundation serves such parents by providing their children with the training and therapy.
