Arlette Roorda
Arlette graduated with a BSc in Occupational Therapy in 2009 from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam in the Netherlands, followed by a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2013 from the HanzeHogeschool Groningen. After graduating, she worked as an occupational therapist in the Netherlands, and since 2016 in the UAE. Arlette has a wide range of experience within different settings; (special education) schools, rehabilitation centers and private practice for more than 6 years. She is experienced in treating children with Cerebral Palsy, developmental delay, Down Syndrome, Autism and learning disabilities. During her career, she has developed a strong passion for working with children and developed a strong knowledge in hand therapy and the expertise of making hand splints.
