AMY HAGOPIAN
Amy is the Director of SPOTS Orangeburg. She conducts evaluations, provides individual and group therapy sessions as well as parent education and school consultations.Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Psychology from the University of Hartford. She has received training in many areas including Sensory Processing Disorder, Neuro-Developmental Treatment, Ackerman Institute for the Family Workshops, Aquatic Therapy, Therapeutic Listening, Integrated Listening Systems (iLs), and Handwriting Without Tears. Amy has provided treatment in various settings, including school-based therapy in both private and public schools and home-based therapy for infants and toddlers as an Early Intervention provider. Also, she worked as a staff occupational therapist at a private school for multi-disabled students ranging from three to fourteen years of age.
