Who is Dr. Amruta Paranjape?
Dr. Amruta Paranjape, a senior Physiotherapist & Aquatic Therapy Specialist, with almost a decade worth of experience. She holds a Bachelors in Physiotherapy from the prestigious Manipal University, India, a Masters in Applying Physiotherapy from the coveted Sheffield Hallam University & a Post Graduate Certification in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation from University of Chester, UK. She is also a Certified Aquatic Therapy Practitioner, from the Kliniken Valens, International Aquatic Therapy Faculty, Switzerland and an ATNI Certified Aquatic Therapy Module 1 Trainer.
Who is Nikita Kirane?
Nikita Kirane (M.A.S.L.P., CCC-SLP) is a member of ISHA (Indian Speech and Hearing Association), ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association) and RCI (Rehab Council of India). She received her Masters degree from Topiwala National Medical College (Nair Hospital), Mumbai, and undergone number of Fellowships for treating Speech and Swallowing Disorders. Her deep interests lie in the field of feeding and swallowing. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of Speech Language Pathology, and is also actively involved in the use of electrical currents for improving swallowing. She has been the co -author to chapters on Speech and Swallowing in ALS in the book, ALS/MND Guidebook for Patients and Families. She has also had 3 international publications and won awards for her research work.
