Young Child Learning (YCL) organizes Early Childhood Webinars. The mission of YCL is to help all early childhood professionals learn, grow, and help young children get a good start in life and achieve their full potential. YCL carries on the tradition of the Young Child Expo and Conference.

This webinar will provide participants with practical strategies to support sensory regulation and promote positive behavior. Information will be shared on the impact of sensory challenges on daily life, and tips and toolsfor desired outcomes. Attendees will gain valuable resources to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children facing sensory related challenges. The Biomedical Group is for any parents, families or individuals living with Autism who are interested in alternative interventions for the treatment of autism. Each meeting usually features a special topic with either a guest speaker, a presentation or a round table discussion.

Join Diana Blank, LCSW, Parent Coach of the Center for Children and Youth, for Recognizing Signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder and How to Get Support. Come and learn about the three main symptoms of autism required to meet autism spectrum disorder criteria. We will discuss the less obvious signs of possible autism in younger children. You will learn when and how to pursue a comprehensive developmental evaluation to determine or rule out a diagnosis and receive essential intervention recommendations.

The understanding autism for careers and employability professionals course has been developed in partnership with the a range of qualified professionals as well as autistic young people, and will support those who are offering careers advice or guidance in a range of settings. The course is delivered by experienced careers and employability professionals who specialise in delivering information, advice and guidance sessions to autistic young people and are experts by experience.

This workshop is designed for Higher Education Institution (HEI) staff at all levels, aiming to improve support for autistic students by deepening understanding and implementing effective strategies.

This event brings together local organizations, service providers, and experts dedicated to empowering the autism and special needs community.

This free, fun, and creative Autism-friendly event is an opportunity for the community to come together and collaborate on a temporary mural that promotes Autism awareness, acceptance, inclusion, and kindness in Asbury Park! Through this interactive, sensory-friendly art experience, participants will decorate blank puzzle and heart pieces, contributing to a public art display that celebrates unity, acceptance, and the beauty of neurodiversity. The completed mural will be assembled and displayed in the Asbury Park Library, featuring your artwork! All ages and abilities are welcome to take part in creating something meaningful and inspiring for the community!
